Bonus Policy

A Promotion Playthrough Requirement (sometimes called a play requirement) is a reasonable gameplay activity requirement that may apply to certain promotion-related benefits (for example, bonus or promotional Sweepstakes Coins) before those specific promotion-related benefits may be treated as eligible for prize redemption (where offered and permitted) under the applicable promotion rules.

Important: Any play requirement applies only to the promotion-related benefit covered by the promotion (for example, bonus Sweepstakes Coins) and does not apply to any purchase amount. The Platform does not accept customer deposits for withdrawal. Any play requirement is intended to support promotion integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure fair promotional participation.

Any play requirement (if applicable) will be described in the applicable promotion rules and expressed as a multiplier or other measurable threshold. Different games or game modes may contribute toward completing a Promotion Playthrough Requirement at different rates.

Where a promotion applies contribution rates, the Platform may apply a standardized contribution rate for consistency across different game types. This means some games may contribute more slowly and others more quickly toward completing the requirement, as specified in the promotion rules.

Example: If a promotion provides that a specific game contributes at a reduced rate (for example, 25%), then only 0.25 units of “eligible play” are counted for each 1.00 unit of gameplay activity in that game for the purposes of the Promotion Playthrough Requirement.

While a Promotion Playthrough Requirement is active, the relevant promotion-related benefit may be restricted until:

• the Promotion Playthrough Requirement has been fully satisfied for that promotion; or
• the relevant promotion-related benefit has been used through gameplay activity in accordance with the promotion rules.

Gold Coins are for Standard Play only and are not redeemable for cash or prizes. Sweepstakes Coins may be eligible for prize redemption only where offered and only in accordance with the Terms of Use, the Sweepstakes Rules, and the applicable promotion rules, including any stated play requirements.

Where available, you can view your promotion status and progress within your account (for example, in a Promotions, Rewards, or Wallet section).

While a Promotion Playthrough Requirement is active, certain games or game modes may be ineligible or may contribute at a different rate, as described in the applicable promotion rules. These rules may vary by promotion and may change from time to time.
