THESE OFFICIAL RULES CREATE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US AND APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES-STYLE PROMOTIONS ON OUR PLATFORM.

No purchase is necessary. Purchases do not improve your chances. Participation is void where prohibited and subject to eligibility, verification, and compliance requirements.
1.1 Platform means www.casinosocial.us and any related services and features.
1.2 Gold Coins (GC) means virtual gameplay credits used for entertainment/standard play only; GC have no cash value and are not redeemable.
1.3 Sweepstakes Coins (SC) means promotional virtual credits that may be used for sweepstakes-style participation and may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to these Rules, the Terms, verification, and any Special Terms.
1.4 AMOE means the alternative method of entry (no purchase necessary) described in clause 7.2.
1.5 Redemption means the exchange of eligible SC for a prize, subject to limits, eligibility, verification, anti-fraud review, and these Rules.
1.6 Special Terms means any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or features shown on the Platform.
2.1 These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) form part of the binding agreement between you and the Operator.
2.2 These Rules must be read together with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Bonus/Playthrough Terms, Responsible Gameplay policy, and AML/KYC policy (together, the “Policies”).
2.3 If there is a conflict between these Rules and another Policy regarding the mechanics of SC redemption, these Rules control for redemption mechanics unless the Terms expressly state otherwise.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or older if the age of majority is higher in your place of residence) to participate.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you reside and where you access the Platform. Void where prohibited.
3.3 You must not be a resident of, and must not access the Platform from, any Excluded Territory listed in clause 4.
3.4 You may register and use only one (1) Customer Account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or identity manipulation may result in ineligibility and enforcement action.
3.5 We may require identity, age, address, and location verification (KYC) and perform compliance and anti-fraud checks (including AML checks) as a condition of participation and/or redemption.
3.6 Any attempt to circumvent location restrictions (including via VPN/proxy) is prohibited and may result in suspension, ineligibility, and denial of redemption.
4.1 Excluded Territories. The Platform sweepstakes promotions are not available to residents of the following U.S. jurisdictions:
4.2 Access and participation from Excluded Territories is prohibited even if geo-blocking fails or is circumvented.
5.1 No purchase is necessary to obtain SC or to participate in sweepstakes-style promotions.
5.2 Any purchase of GC (or any other product offered on the Platform) does not improve your chances of receiving prizes beyond what is available via free methods, including AMOE.
6.1 Sweepstakes-style promotions may be offered on an ongoing basis unless stated otherwise on the Platform.
6.2 Specific promotions may have separate start/end dates displayed in the Platform interface and/or in Special Terms.
7.1 You may receive SC through promotions displayed on the Platform (e.g., daily login, events, bonus offers, VIP promotions). Conditions (including playthrough, expiry, maximum amounts, and eligibility) may apply and will be shown at the time of award and/or in Special Terms.
7.2 AMOE (email request). To request SC for free via AMOE, you must submit your request by email to [email protected].
7.2.1 Your email must include:
7.2.2 Request Code validity. Each Request Code is valid for 30 days from generation.
7.2.3 Frequency limit. You may submit one (1) AMOE request per 24 hours per Customer Account.
7.2.4 Queue rule. You may have one (1) active AMOE request at a time. Submit the next request only after the prior request is credited or rejected.
7.2.5 Reward. For each approved, compliant AMOE request, we will credit 4 Sweepstakes Coins (SC) to your Customer Account.
7.2.6 Processing time. AMOE credits are typically processed within up to 10 business days after receipt of a compliant request.
7.2.7 AMOE is not available in Excluded Territories.
7.2.8 We may reject incomplete, illegible, duplicate, automated, or non-compliant requests, and may take enforcement action for suspected abuse.
8.1 Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion, SC become eligible for redemption after 1x playthrough.
8.2 Promotional SC may have additional conditions disclosed at the time of award and/or in Special Terms.
8.3 Any playthrough requirement applies to the SC you seek to redeem and is not tied to any purchase amount.
9.1 If and where prize redemption is offered on the Platform and permitted by applicable law, redemption of SC is subject to eligibility, successful verification, and compliance and anti-fraud review.
9.2 We may delay or decline a redemption request while we investigate suspected prohibited activity, complete verification, or comply with legal requests.
REDEMPTION STANDARDS (WHERE OFFERED)
Minimum redemption thresholds:
Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval and successful verification.
Maximum redemption limits: $5,000 per day / $10,000 per month.
9.3 The conversion rate and available redemption methods (including any applicable fees or limits) are displayed on the Platform and/or in Special Terms.
9.4 Redemption methods may require that the payout destination matches verified account details.
9.5 You are responsible for any taxes and reporting obligations related to prizes in your jurisdiction, if applicable.
10.1 We may require identity and eligibility verification and may request documents or information we consider necessary for security, fraud prevention, and compliance (including AML).
10.2 Requested information may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and additional information required for enhanced due diligence where risk indicators are present.
10.3 If you do not provide requested documents within 30 days, we may suspend your Customer Account, void promotional SC, and/or deny redemption to the extent permitted by law.
11.1 You must not engage in fraud, collusion, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, automation/bots/scripts, bug exploitation, account sharing, multi-accounting, or any conduct that undermines Platform integrity.
11.2 Suspected violations may result in restrictions, suspension, closure, voiding of promotional SC, cancellation/denial of redemptions, and reporting where required by law.
12.1 Disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event.
12.2 To help us investigate, include your username, full name on your Customer Account, relevant dates/times, and supporting evidence (screenshots where applicable).
13.1 We may modify or terminate sweepstakes promotions, AMOE processes, redemption limits, and verification requirements to comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain Platform integrity.
13.2 Updates will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date.
14.1 Participation is subject to the Platform Privacy Policy. Data may be processed for verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and prize fulfillment.
