Responsible Social Play
Keypads Limited (“CASINOSOCIAL.US”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting our players and promoting responsible social gameplay as a matter of customer care and social responsibility. Our Platform is intended for entertainment. We encourage you to use it responsibly and to seek help if gameplay stops feeling fun or begins to cause harm.
1. General
1.1 This Responsible Social Play Policy (the “Policy”) describes tools and resources available to help you manage your gameplay and any optional purchases you may make on the Platform.
1.2 You can apply Responsible Social Play tools via your account (where available) or by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. Availability of specific tools may depend on eligibility, account status, and location restrictions under our Terms of Use.
1.3 We may update this Policy at any time. Updates take effect when published on the Platform.
1.4 This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with them.
2. Responsible Social Play Control Tools
We offer the following categories of tools to help you stay in control:
- Access control tools (to restrict access to your account and gameplay);
- Limit control tools (to limit optional purchases and/or gameplay activity); and
- Account history and transparency (to help you track your activity).
3. Access Control Tools
Access control tools are available if your gameplay may have become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic. You can request these tools via your account (where available) or by contacting Customer Support.
- Taking a Break – a short-term pause for a designated period of time. During this time, you will be unable to access gameplay features on the Platform.
- Self-Exclusion – a restriction for a designated period of time or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account and/or gameplay features (as applicable).
- Permanent Closure – closing your account so that you can no longer use the Platform.
4. Limit Control Tools
Limit control tools are available if you want to set boundaries around optional purchases and/or gameplay activity. You can request these tools via your account (where available) or by contacting Customer Support.
- Purchase limits – daily, weekly, or monthly limits on optional purchases.
- Gameplay limits – daily, weekly, or monthly limits intended to help you manage time and/or gameplay activity (for example limits on coin usage or participation volume, where applicable).
Note: The availability and exact implementation of specific tools may vary by feature, device, or version of the Platform. Customer Support can confirm what is available for your account.
5. Account History
Reviewing your account activity can help you understand how you use the Platform. Where available, your account area may display items such as login history, gameplay activity, and purchase history. If you need help locating your account history, contact Customer Support at [email protected].
6. Self-evaluation and assessment
If you suspect your gameplay (or someone else’s) may be becoming harmful, consider completing a self-assessment. One example resource is available at: https://gamequitters.com/video-game-addiction-test-for-gamers/
We are not affiliated with external assessment providers.
7. Support resources
If your gaming activities have had a negative impact on your mental or emotional health, or have contributed to financial stress, consider reaching out to one of the following independent organizations. We are not affiliated with these organizations.
- Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA)
- Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA)
- National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC)
8. Educational resources and safe gameplay guidance
8.1 Principles of gameplay. Treat social gameplay as entertainment, not as a way to make money. Outcomes in chance-based games are random and cannot be predicted by past results.
8.2 Common misconceptions.
- “I’m due for a win” is a fallacy — random outcomes do not “even out” on a schedule.
- Lucky charms, rituals, or routines do not influence random outcomes.
- Playing longer does not change the probability of a win in any single game round.
8.3 Tips for safe gameplay.
- Avoid playing when you are angry, sad, stressed, or otherwise emotionally distressed.
- Take frequent breaks and set a time limit for sessions.
- Do not play when impaired (e.g., drugs or alcohol).
- Keep gameplay separate from work, relationships, health, and key commitments.
- If you make an optional purchase, do so only with money you can afford to spend for entertainment.
- Use access or limit tools early—don’t wait until things escalate.
8.4 When you should avoid playing. We do not recommend playing if you:
- have a history of addiction or dependency, or are currently undergoing treatment for such conditions;
- are experiencing serious financial stress or major life events that affect judgment;
- do not understand the rules and gameplay mechanics; or
- are experiencing mental health issues (actual or suspected) that may be worsened by gameplay.
9. Protection of minors
The Platform is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old (or older where required by the laws of their jurisdiction). We may use age and identity verification checks to help prevent underage access.
If minors have access to the device you use to access the Platform, we encourage you to use parental controls and blocking tools to restrict access. Examples include:
- BetBlocker – https://www.betblocker.org/
- Net Nanny – https://www.netnanny.com/
- Gamban – https://gamban.com/
We do not accept any liability in respect of third-party software.
10. Self-exclusion – conditions and process
Self-exclusion means restricting access to your account and gameplay for a period of time (a fixed period or indefinite). To request self-exclusion, email [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to identify your account and apply restrictions correctly. We will request only the information reasonably necessary to identify your account and apply the requested restriction.
During self-exclusion:
- You will not be able to access your account and/or gameplay features for the self-exclusion period (as applicable).
- While self-excluded, you will not be eligible for promotional benefits, bonuses, or participation in promotions.
- Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the selected period ends.
If you request indefinite self-exclusion, your account will remain restricted for a minimum period of 6 months. After that minimum period, your account will not be reactivated automatically and will remain subject to internal review upon your request.
Your responsibilities during self-exclusion:
- Do not attempt to circumvent restrictions (including by creating or using additional accounts).
- Do not attempt to access gameplay features through methods not intended by us.
We will take reasonable steps to apply and maintain self-exclusion, including attempting to detect and close additional accounts used to circumvent restrictions. However, no system is perfect, and you are responsible for complying with your self-exclusion request.
Self-exclusion is a voluntary request. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses or harm resulting from attempts to breach or circumvent a self-exclusion restriction. We may take appropriate action on accounts used to circumvent self-exclusion, including restriction or closure.
