THESE TERMS OF USE CREATE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US AND APPLY TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR PLATFORM AND GAMES ON ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING THE PLATFORM OR PLAYING ANY GAME. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT REGISTER AN ACCOUNT AND DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
No purchase is necessary to play. The Platform does not involve real money gambling. You can obtain virtual gameplay credits through free methods, including an alternative method of entry (“AMOE”), as described in Section 7.2 and the Sweepstakes Rules.
1.1 The Platform located at www.casinosocial.us (the “Platform”) is operated by Keypads Limited, a limited liability company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE 473368) with registered address at Griva Digeni 1, RENADA COMPLEX, BLOCK 1, Flat/Office 11, Agios Tychonas, 4532, Limassol, Cyprus (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2 By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or playing any Game, you agree to be bound by:
1.3 Together, the documents listed in clause 1.2, including any official sweepstakes rules made available on the Platform (the “Sweepstakes Rules”, where applicable), form the “Customer Agreement”.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or older if the age of majority is higher in your place of residence) to access the Platform.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you reside and where you access the Platform.
2.3 We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions and apply geo-blocking and other controls. Any attempt to circumvent location restrictions (including via VPN/proxy) is a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Excluded Territories. The Platform is not available to residents of the jurisdictions listed in Schedule A (Excluded Territories). Access from Excluded Territories is prohibited even if geo-blocking fails or is circumvented. We may update Schedule A from time to time for legal and compliance reasons by updating these Terms.
2.5 Registration notice. If our controls detect that you are attempting to register from an Excluded Territory, we may display an in-product notice and block registration. Such notice is provided for convenience and does not change your obligations under these Terms.

4.2 You may only register one (1) Customer Account.
4.3 We may refuse, suspend, or close any Customer Account in our discretion, including for compliance, security, or suspected prohibited activity.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your Customer Account.
4.5 You must not share your Customer Account or allow any other person to access it.
4.6 We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if available.
4.7 We may require identity and eligibility verification and may request documents or information we consider necessary for security, fraud prevention, and compliance.
4.8 We may use third-party service providers to conduct verification checks.

5.2 To help us assist you, include your username, full name on your Customer Account, and relevant details (dates/times/screenshots where applicable).
6.1 Subject to your compliance with the Customer Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and Games solely for your personal entertainment.

7.1 The Platform uses virtual currencies, including Gold Coins (for Standard Play) and Sweepstakes Coins (for promotional sweepstakes participation), as described in these Terms and any applicable rules on the Platform.
7.2 No purchase is necessary to play. You may obtain Gold Coins and/or Sweepstakes Coins through free methods offered on the Platform. Eligible users may obtain Sweepstakes Coins for free via an alternative method of entry (“AMOE”).
7.2.1 AMOE (email request). To request Sweepstakes Coins for free via AMOE, you must submit your request by email to [email protected]. Your email must include a Request Code generated in your Customer Account (also referred to as a “Postal Request Code” / “Request Code”), and any other information required under the Sweepstakes Rules available on the Platform. The Sweepstakes Rules form part of the Customer Agreement. AMOE is not available in Excluded Territories.
7.2.2 You may also choose to purchase Gold Coins for additional Standard Play. Any Sweepstakes Coins that may be provided in connection with a Gold Coin purchase are provided as a promotional bonus (where permitted) and are not sold as a standalone product.
7.3 You may Participate in Games only if you have a sufficient available balance of the applicable virtual currency in your Customer Account (Gold Coins for Standard Play and/or Sweepstakes Coins for sweepstakes participation, depending on the Game mode). We do not extend credit to enable gameplay.
7.4 Gold Coins are not real money. Gold Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents, and are not transferable.
7.5 Sweepstakes Coins are promotional. Sweepstakes Coins may be used to participate in promotional sweepstakes-style gameplay and may be eligible for prize redemption subject to these Terms, the Platform’s Sweepstakes Rules, verification, and any eligibility requirements.
7.6 If you choose to purchase Gold Coins, you must use a payment method held in your name (“Payment Method”).
7.7 Gold Coin purchases are for entertainment access and are generally final (except where required by applicable law). Gold Coins are not a deposit of funds held for withdrawal.
7.8 We may set minimum/maximum purchase limits and may refuse any purchase for compliance or fraud-prevention reasons.
7.9 You must not use Payment Methods that are not yours, and you must not engage in chargeback abuse or payment fraud. We may suspend/close accounts and withhold virtual currencies associated with suspected fraud to the extent permitted by law.
8.1 If prize redemption is offered on the Platform, it applies only to eligible Sweepstakes Coins and only in accordance with the Platform’s sweepstakes rules, these Terms, and any Special Terms.
8.2 We may require identity verification and eligibility checks before processing any prize redemption request, including confirmation that the redemption method belongs to you.
8.3 To help prevent abuse, fraud, and automated play, we may apply reasonable gameplay and verification requirements to Sweepstakes Coins prior to prize redemption. Any such requirements apply to the Sweepstakes Coins you seek to redeem (not to any “deposit”), and apply regardless of how you obtained the Sweepstakes Coins (free methods or promotional bonuses, where applicable).
8.4 Where a playthrough requirement is stated on the Platform for Sweepstakes Coins, it is expressed in relation to Sweepstakes Coins (e.g., “1x playthrough of Sweepstakes Coins requested for redemption”) and is not tied to any purchase amount.
8.5 We may delay or decline a prize redemption request while we investigate suspected prohibited activity, complete verification, or comply with legal requests from authorities.
8.6 If we mistakenly credit Sweepstakes Coins or redemption value to you due to a technical or human error, we may correct the error and reverse the mistaken credit to the extent permitted by law.
9.1 Gold Coins are virtual gameplay credits and are not customer deposits held for withdrawal. Sweepstakes Coins are promotional and governed by the Sweepstakes Rules.
9.2 If we incur chargebacks, reversals, or fees due to activity attributable to your Customer Account, we may take reasonable steps including suspending your account and restricting access to the Platform, consistent with applicable law.
10.1 Each Game may have specific rules accessible on the Platform. You are responsible for understanding the rules before you play.
10.2 When you submit Gold Coins or Sweepstakes Coins to participate in a Game, the submitted coins are deducted from your balance and the participation cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the Platform (except where a technical error is identified).
10.3 We may declare gameplay participation void, in whole or in part, if we determine there was an error, malfunction, or abuse affecting the integrity of the Platform or Game.
10.4 We may update or adjust the configuration, features, availability, or reward parameters of any Game at our discretion, including for technical, security, compliance, or gameplay-balance reasons. Such updates are intended to support proper operation and a consistent user experience.
10.5 If you believe any in-game display information (including any return, payout, or reward information shown in the interface) is inaccurate or inconsistent, contact Customer Support for clarification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on display errors or discrepancies.
11.1 We may offer promotions from time to time, governed by these Terms and any Special Terms.
11.2 We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time. We may deny benefits where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or bad faith.
12.1 We may suspend or close your Customer Account if we reasonably believe you have breached the Customer Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, attempted to bypass restrictions, or failed verification checks.
12.2 When an account is closed, you lose access to the Platform and any virtual currency balances, subject to applicable law and the Platform’s rules.
13.1 You must not engage in unlawful activity, fraud, collusion, automated gameplay, account trading, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 We may monitor activity for fraud prevention and compliance purposes and may report suspected unlawful activity to authorities where required or permitted by law.
14.1 The Platform is intended for entertainment. If you wish to take a break or close your account, contact Customer Support.
14.2 We will use reasonable efforts to apply account restrictions within a reasonable timeframe, but we do not guarantee you will be unable to bypass restrictions due to factors outside our control.
15.1 The Platform and Games are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15.2 We are not liable for outages, delays, interruptions, data loss, or device/network issues beyond our reasonable control.
15.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
16.1 The Platform, Games, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights.
17.1 We may update these Terms at any time. If we update the Terms in a way that materially impacts your rights or obligations, we may notify you on the Platform and/or require re-acceptance.
18.1 These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws specified on the Platform (or, if not specified, the laws of the operator’s chosen jurisdiction), excluding conflict of laws principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
